Auto Enroll Courses
Auto Enrollment is a powerful feature of the platform designed to streamline the onboarding process for learners by automatically granting them access to pre-selected courses upon registration. This feature is ideal for mandatory training or core content that every learner on the platform must complete.
Prerequisites: Ensure that the selected courses are published and available for enrollment.
Notifications: Learners will receive an email notification about their enrollment in the courses that is configured for auto enrollment. You can configure the notification templates under Email Settings.
Modifications: You can update or remove courses from Auto Enrollment at any time by revisiting the settings. The modifications made to the list of courses will only apply to new registrations and will not affect learners who are already enrolled..
Follow the steps below to configure Auto Enrollment in your LMS:
Access the Auto Enrollment Settings
- Log in to the Platform as "Owner"
- Navigate to the Users Section from the sidebar.
- Click on Auto Enroll Courses
Select Courses for Auto Enrollment
- In the Auto Enrollment settings page, click on the Select Courses dropdown.
- Start typing the course name. A list of available courses will appear based on the search text.
- Select the desired course by clicking on the course name.
Removing / Modify Courses
- In the Auto Enrollment settings page, identify the course that needs to be removed.
- Click on the delete icon next to the course that you wish to remove.
- Once clicked, the list will automatically refresh, and a notification will confirm the updated list of courses.

1. What happens if I update the course list?
New courses added to Auto Enrollment will only apply to learners who register after the change. Existing learners need to be manually enrolled.
2. Can I exclude specific learners from Auto Enrollment?
No, The list of courses defined applies to all the learners.
3. What if I want to unenroll a learner manually?
You can unenroll a learner from the Course Management screen anytime.
4. Does this setting applies to Portal Users as well?
Yes, the courses defined in this setting applies to any learner who get registered to the platform.
